Orders are usually shipped within three (3) to four (4) business days of receipt. Our carriers do not consider Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as business days. Once your order ships, you will receive notification via email along with the Tracking Number. Your order may arrive in separate packages from UPS, FedEx, and/or DHL. You will be able to track your order accordingly, regardless of carrier. Notifications are sent out at the end of each shipping day. We apologize, but at this time we DO NOT ship Internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, or Post Office Boxes.
RETURN POLICY: In order to make your returns as easy for you as possible, please notify us by using our Returns/Refunds Form BEFORE returning any items. Returns can be made within seven (7) days after receipt of products. Any items that are damaged or have missing parts will be replaced or corrected without any extra costs to you. Unfortunately, for return of non-damaged items, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned non-damaged items must be in the original condition, original packaging, and original contents. All appliances are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty. After we receive your Returns Form, we will send an email with all the information you will need to make your returns experience as easy as possible.
