Q. Should coffee be kept in the freezer?
A. If you have more coffee than you will use in about two weeks, then put it in an air-tight container and store it in the freezer. However, once you remove the coffee from the freezer, DON'T refreeze it again. The frozen moisture is absorbed by your coffee. If you continue to thaw and refreeze, you will continue to allow your coffee to absorb moisture. This process ruins the coffee.
Q. When should I store coffee in my refrigerator?
A. NEVER! The refrigerator is the worse place to store coffee. Store your coffee in an air-tight container and keep it in a dark place, such as a cabinet.
